Sarah Carlson Lambert – Associate Attorney
Sarah Carlson Lambert is an associate attorney with Burch, Coulston & Shepard, LLP. She has practiced family law for her entire career and has extensive experience handling both simple and complex, contested family law matters.
Ms. Lambert’s family law practice includes the representation of divorce and family law clients in the following areas – dissolution of marriage, legal separation and annulment proceedings; child custody and visitation; child support; spousal support; division and characterization of community and separate property assets; and post-judgment modification proceedings. She has also drafted pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Ms. Lambert earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2006. While at McGeorge School of Law, Ms. Lambert was actively involved with the Women’s Caucus, a student organization for the discussion of social and political issues concerning women and the law. Ms. Lambert earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
Ms. Lambert is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Celtic Bar Association.
